Just before entering Collepino, there is a piece of land with two natural terraces overlooking the valley, offering a magnificent view.
The first terrace was the ancient "Aia" (threshing floor) of a local family, where they used to perform the so-called "trebbiatura," which involved beating the harvested wheat and grain to separate the kernels from the straw and chaff, all on the old stone-paved surface.
Today, this area also features a stone structure, a wood-fired oven for baking bread and pizza, a gazebo, several outdoor sitting areas, and two large marble tables that allow for communal meals, accommodating up to 15 people.

The second natural terrace, connected to the first by a gentle slope on one side and a gradual staircase on the other, is entirely dedicated to greenery. There are tall trees, fruit trees, olive trees, grapevines... a large fountain, many peaceful and breezy corners perfect for picnics, long tables among the olive trees, sports sessions, meditation, yoga, outdoor massages, and courses...
